You will need to select one material that the majority of the floors in your house will be made of. We will be able to change some areas (e.g. change the kitchen to tile), but you need to select one for the main floors of the house. You will use either hardwood floors or carpet.

Cedar Shingles - would typically be used in combination with Cedar Shake siding or Wood Siding. ArchiCAD code: 07 Cedar Shake
Metal Roofing - very durable, and more expensive and can be used in combination with any siding. ArchiCAD code: 07 Standing Seam 16"
Spanish Roofing Tile - would only be used with Stucco siding to create a Mediterranean style home. ArchiCAD code: 07 Spanish Tile
